Lydia Fink, LCMHCA

Licensed Counselor

Welcome! I am Lydia Fink, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate providing counseling both in person in the Winston-Salem office and online virtually to anyone located in North Carolina.

Having provided clinical counseling in nonprofit and university counseling settings after earning my Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lynn University, I am passionate about serving older teens, emerging adults, and adults of all ages along their journey of change.

You will find me dedicated to meeting you exactly where you are, in each moment, not where others think you should be, as we walk toward self discovery. As an LGBTQ+ and BIPOC affirming provider, my therapeutic approach is rooted in curiosity, humility, reliability, and a deep commitment to understanding your unique needs.

By blending evidence-based practices with a genuine, down-to-earth style, I strive to create a space where you feel truly seen, supported, and heard. Emphasizing empowerment-based therapeutic approaches and trauma-informed care, I am committed to helping you achieve your personal goals and improve overall wellbeing.

It is always a joy to come alongside clients in their process of change, always honoring their pace and personal experiences.
