Pain is part of being human, but suffering doesn’t have to be.
We help you better understand yourself, build emotional awareness, and move through life with greater clarity, courage, and self-compassion.
Our work goes beyond navigating immediate challenges. We offer space, tools, and support to help you grow, deepen your self-understanding, and move forward in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable.
Life can hold joy and difficulty, simultaneously.
Our counselors work with individuals, children, teens, couples, and families.
We provide supportive, nonjudgmental, and compassionate care in a confidential space. Our team is trained in a range of evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Play Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and more.
Sessions are available in person or online offering a space to reflect, process, and work through what matters most to you.
We act as an objective supportive presence helping you uncover patterns, understand barriers, and move toward greater wellbeing. Our work blends both the science and art of psychotherapy.
Our licensed psychologist provides comprehensive, trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming evaluations for both children and adults.
Evaluations are designed to help clarify your experiences, determine whether a diagnosis is appropriate, and provide clear, thoughtful recommendations.
Depending on the evaluation type, the process may include:
Our goal is to offer insight, understanding, and a clear path forward.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) helps individuals build practical skills for managing emotions, improving relationships, and navigating distress.
DBT is grounded in the understanding that you are doing your best and that meaningful change is possible with the right tools and support.
Our DBT skills classes are structured, supportive, and focused on real-life application.
Participants learn not just what to do, but how to apply these skills in everyday situations.
We offer training, supervision, and development opportunities for clinicians and organizations looking to deepen their work, build sustainable practices, and support long-term wellbeing.
We are an NBCC approved Continuing Education provider (ACEP Provider #7570) and offer live and pre-recorded trainings. We believe that we never stop learning as clinical professionals and are committed to contributing to the growth and learning opportunities for all mental health providers.

We know that as lifelong learners we cannot be our best professional self in isolation. That is why we have created monthly clinician processing groups. These 2 hour in-person groups are small, encourage vulnerability, and meet the needs of mental health professionals who might otherwise lack professional connection.
These are not therapy, networking groups, or case presentation groups. Rather, this is a space to process our experiences with clients and the impact they have on our professional wellbeing. This time is about YOU. To be seen and heard. To show up authentically and introspectively ready to give and take in the group.
Our groups align with the following American Counseling Association’s ethical guidelines including:
We offer clinical supervision for LCMHCA’s in North Carolina.
